3rd day - Macau

ready to set off! ^-^me cousin and me :)at the ferry terminal :)me mommy and me :)To macau! this way please... :)the place where they do the sky dive :)this used to be a church. now. only the front is left. what you see is what you get. lovely place for a wedding pic eh? haha :Pi made Karl do this pose. they have this policy that when the bus is not moving, the engine can't be on. meaning...no air-con. so we hung out outside the bus while waiting for the rest of the group. it was a cooler choice. :) and apparently, a not very shy cousin-in-law. haha! :)didnt get to see the Venetian Casino that i really really really wanted to see. :( so on a whole, it was a DISAPPOINTING trip :( but i did see some other scenes that the BOF cast took which made up a little for it. hehe =p
and we were on our way back... :) was a little tired with all the walking. so we hung around the hotel. food there was not fantastic. =x i think i was just in the wrong area lor~ =( anyway, we let Karl try the Qingdao Beer. haha. and i just wanted to take a pic of it.ok. that's all for this post. the day to macau.

2nd day in HK - City Tour :)

the place where the handover took place in 1997.at victoria's peak. wasn't the best weather to take a pic :)This place has a season where the great white sharks can be sighted. =xthe all famous Jumbo floating restaurant :) up on a bus that reminded me of our own Hippo bus :) i love this pic. look at my cousin and auntie. and this was totally candid. haha.after all the touring, the elders decided to stay and roam around the hotel area. so we, the more active ones headed to HK island. Karl wanted to do some proper shopping. dropped by Prada. didnt get anything. then went into Armani. (I know it sounds so unreal, but he likes to pamper himself when he's on a holiday, he's not all branded and everything kind)He got like 2 tops there i think. can't remember. surprisely, the shops there close really really early =x

then it was dinner time! Karl treated to some fine dining dinner! yum yummm! :)

Thereafter, we headed to Lan Kwai Fong to check out the 'night life' area :) 2nd round of drinks :) checked out this place called Insomnia :)

they had a problem with the flash of the camera, so we were staring at the camera. funny :)

1st Day in Hong Kong...

I'm back!!

on a whole, i'm slightly disappointed with the trip. i expected like a lot more shopping and good food but wasn't quite what i expected. =( food there is not as nice as i thought it would. and things sold werent exactly things that i liked. spent ALOT on tour packages that brought me to quite some interesting places. so that made up a little. and the best was definitely Disney. it's like deprived childhood or re-living it. :)

Upon arrival... :)our first meal there. i was trying out Karl's (my cousin's hubby) food. it was spicy! =xWe signed up for free and easy tour package but ended up paying for tour packages when we reach there. totally stupidity in my opinion. wasn't quite pleased with that.really fat fishes at the dinner place we dined at the first night.all stuffed and ready for the night tour. :)

Hong Kong's hearthrob. :)wonder what he's thinking...Please do this pose.then, we took this 10 minute ferry ride. to have a 'feel' of it. so says the tour guide. haha.

i kind of like this picture. though i feel it looks really scary here.the clouds were moving SO fast, you will think the ground's moving. =x quite artistic don't ya think? =p
