in my opinion, work has been seriously short-handed.
the colleague i'm closest to has served her one-month notice, they released one of the temp-girls cuz she was not being very helpful at work and another colleague went on a long medical leave without any notice. (but i really can't blame her cuz it was a necessary operation)
so that leaves ME (besides my supervisor) the 'senior' staff. they have converted two of the temp-girls to a perm position. so yea. besides 'looking out' and coaching them, i have a new jobscope and i'm receiving loads more phone calls and i'm OT-ing alot more. =(
(see why i've been whiny?)
so anyway, after being sane for awhile, i know this adjustment is to stretch my capacity (as i've asked), so i have to kind of take it in my stride and pray that the other perm staff (who's suppose to cover for my colleague who left) comes soon. like really crossing my fingers. hais.
forgive me if i don't wanna meet you after work, cuz i'm just mentally tired. i mean even if you talk to me, i'm just physically there and not listening. for real. =(
