what will you do when things get a lil overboard?
be it family, friends, work, ministry etc.
If you realised, diving right into it, will just get you angry, upset, emo, depressed (you get it? basically, negativity)
what i feel we should do (even i'm learning too)
take a step back,
have a look.
smile.
then take action.
by the time you smile, you should have already found the best solution and way to handle your emotions :))
